The gatehouse project is a boondoggle. We will be lucky if our long - lived gatehouse guards Ken and Doug can put up with living in a "Cage". The New gate doesn't work and when it hit a car on the hood, it was down for over 3 days. When the gate for residents doesn't open (often) the attendants have to run over to the original gatehouse to press a button. This has been going on for weeks. Ask about it.
To the Board of Directors of Our HOA:
We are homeowners in this community. We are asking you to end the association's contract with Coastal Property Management.
The problems are listed on this site in homeowners' own words. You hired this company, and you can end the contract under its terms.
If the board will not act, we will use the rights Florida law gives members: a petition that puts this on the board's agenda, a special meeting of members and, if needed, a recall of directors.
