What we collect

Your name, home address and phone number when you add your home, plus an email address if you give one. Your name and address when you report a problem, plus a phone number or email address if you give one. The complaint itself.

Why

To confirm that people taking part live in the community, to count one pledge per home, and to reach you about this campaign, including to collect your signature on paper forms.

Who can see it

Your contact details and address are visible to only the organizers, through a private login. They are never shown on the public site, sold, or given to the association or the management company by this site. The public site shows only totals and the wording of approved complaints, with either your street or "Anonymous homeowner," as you choose.

If you later sign a paper petition or recall form, that form goes to the association, so it will see what you wrote on it.

Spam protection and tracking

The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. The site has no analytics and no advertising trackers.

Being removed

You can have your details removed at any time by contacting the organizers.

When the data goes away

All personal data is deleted when the campaign ends. Deleted data ages out of Cloudflare's automatic database backups within 30 days.
